A process is like a relationship - you need to invest time and effort to make it work for both sides.

That is why at SOD we invest in ongoing research and feedback from our customers when creating and perfecting our processes.

A process is divided into four phases, each reflecting the emotional state of the customer at that particular phase of the project.

In order to be even more attentive to our customers' needs, we further break each phase into four steps. Each step has a set of unique services and dedicated teams assigned to it, such as the Expectation Check and Experience teams.
