Calabasas – The modern blue lagoon

Given that style is nothing without comfort, this house renovation combined them both in order to achieve something spectacular to the eye, and warm enough to call it home.

Straight from the entrance, you can notice the new hardwood flooring which stretches for the entire first floor, covering all main areas of that space.

For the kitchen, we chose dark veneer and a contrasting white kitchen island, keeping the circular design of that area light and easy to navigate.

For the living area, we kept the traditional vintage appeal and included a coffee table with a masonry tabletop applying the same style for the bathrooms, where the vintage was kept and upgraded by modernistic masonry elements.

As the exterior design goes, the well-manicured lawn is blending into the stone patio in an asymmetrical, exciting pattern, which in turn leads to the pool meant as a bathing spot with levels of water cascading into it.
